How will the gil be delivered to me?
We’ll be meeting at a cute little restaurant and trading over drinks. Trade is the safest method for transferring gil as it leaves no observable trace, and is indistinguishable from the housing and roleplay economy which operates entirely outside of the Market Board.
I've placed an order and no one has contacted me, now what?
We will primarily contact you via the email address that you entered during checkout so please keep an eye on your Inbox. If you’d like to contact us at any time, simply send us a DM via Discord or use our Live Chat.
How long will it take to receive my gil?
We aim to complete all orders within 30 minutes of placing the order. In the rare event of an order taking longer, we will stay in contact with you throughout the process via our Live Chat or Discord. We’ll never leave you in the dark after placing an order.
I haven't received my confirmation email, where is my gil?
Please check your Junk, Spam and Promotions (Gmail) folders, just in case the confirmation email has been flagged.
Rest assured, we are preparing to deliver your gil and you can still message us on Discord or Live Chat if you wish to track the status of your order.
I placed an order but selected the wrong World / Data Center, now what?
Don’t worry if you entered the wrong server information order, simply contact us via Live Chat or Discord then quote your order number and we’ll take care of everything out for you.
Is my payment information safe?
Which server do you play on?
We intend to remain anonymous and not disclose any information about ourselves or in-game characters for the safety of our customers.
We do not want leave evidence that would associate us or our customers with Real Money Transactions (RMT), which is against Square Enix’s ToS.
Can I track my order?
You can track the status of your order at any time via our Live Chat or Discord. We’re players too so we understand how waiting for your gil can leave you feeling nervous.
I'm new to Final Fantasy XIV, how much do I need?
If you’re completed new to the game then 1-2 Million gil will be more than enough to get you by. Just remember to be wise with your money and not to spend gil on gear until you reach level 80.
If you have any minions, mount or glamour that you’ve set your eyes on then you may find that you’ll need a little more.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit card payments via Revolut.
We have decided to discontinue Paypal for Checkout payments due to the disruptions they have caused us and concerns of our future while working with them.
My country's currency isn't available, how can I pay?
Our payment gateways accept most World currencies, your currency will be converted and calculated at the checkout.
How can you sell on multiple Data Centers?
We have gil stored on all NA / EU Data Centers thanks to the various members of our team. The World Visit and World Transfer systems also makes it much easier to sell gil across many servers and manage stock.
Are all server prices the same?
We aim to keep our gil prices the same on all servers, we manage our own stock to meet demands by using the World Transfer system. This ensures that all our customers always have the cheapest prices available to them.
Do you deliver via Moogle Mail?
Yes, we can deliver via Moogle Mail. Simply notify us via Live Chat or Discord after placing an order.
I'm interested in placing a large order, can we talk first?
Of course, we are available to talk at any time via our Live Chat or Discord. We hope to provide you a safe, secure service that will leave you feeling satisfied.
I've sent a message to Live Chat & Discord with no reply, now what?
In the unlikely event of all of our team members being unavailable at the same time, please be patient and we will get back to you as soon as possible. It could be that we are very busy at the moment.
What if I change my mind? Can I get a refund after placing an order?
Of course, we are always happy to provide a refund if you have changed your mind after placing an order.
However, please keep in mind that orders become uncancellable once the gil has been handed over to the customer. After the transaction as been completed, refunds are no longer accepted.
This is to protect our customers from fraudsters who will impersonate us and ask for the gil back. WE WILL NEVER ask you to return the gil back to us after completing a transaction.
We will automatically issue a refund if an order has not been completed after 24-48 hours of the order being placed.
Has anyone been banned for buying gil? Is it 100% safe?
None of our customers have EVER reported being banned for buying gil, nor have any of our team members been banned or contacted by Square Enix for selling gil.
We do our best to maintain the privacy of all of our customers and keep a low-key operation.
All of our gil is acquired legally by an experienced team of crafters and house flippers who have been active for multiple years.
We DO NOT involve ourselves in activities that can be traced back to us or our customers.
This is to maintain the integrity of our business and stand out as the only dedicated seller of legit Final Fantasy XIV gil.
I'm a crafter interested in selling gil, can we do business?
We are humbled that you would approach us to do business, however we are a close-knit group of like-minded players who haven’t had a new member in nearly 4 years. We are not looking to do any collaborative work at the moment but that could change in the future.
How much stock do you have?
It would be difficult to answer this question as the answer changes every day. If you wish to know if we have enough stock before you place a large order, simply contact us via Live Chat or Discord and we can have a chat.
What happened to the Discord server?
We have decided to close our Discord server due to privacy and security concerns. Our customers safety is our top priority and we wish to avoid using any platforms where they can be identified or linked to their in-game characters.
How do you acquire your gil?
The vast majority of our gil is obtained by crafting and selling items on the Market Board. We have been active at this for multiple years and have accumulated a large quantity of gil across many servers.
P.S. The best time time to make gil is during major patches and house flipping like a savage during housing updates.
Is there a possibility of being scammed?
You will never be scammed if you made a purchased directly on our website or privately through our Discord via DM.
Please beware of imposters and do not hesitate to contact us via Live Chat or Email if you are feeling suspicious after speaking to someone.
If you have placed an order and haven’t heard from us, please keep in mind that all orders will be refunded within 24-48 hours after an order is placed if the order is not completed and we have not been able to contact you.
Is your gil really legit? Is it still against ToS?
ALL of our gil is obtained legally by members of the Gillionaire Girls and cannot be traced back to any illicit activity that breaks Square Enix’s Terms of Services.
It is still against Square’s ToS to buy or sell gil; however we maintain a very low-key operation that has never resulted in anyone being banned, reported or even contacted by Square Enix.
You can be confident that you are not buying “dirty” money from us and your account will not be associated with anything that breaks ToS.
We do not accept gil from any sources that we cannot verify as 100% legitimate, as it could damage the integrity of our business and our reputation as the only dedicated seller of legit Final Fantasy XIV gil.
